JTA Website Upgrades Maintenance & Support Services


The objective of this RFP is to establish a two (2) year relationship with a supplier capable of supporting the Authority’s current and future needs and who will be committed to evolving its digital platform as needs change over time. The JTA’s websites/CMS should promote the dissemination of information, both internally and externally, to increase public awareness and communication. All websites should strengthen the relationship between the JTA and citizens/businesses by meeting the evolving expectations of the public for secure and reliable on line services that are accessible from any operating platform (i.e. Windows, iOS, Android, etc).
