The Purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of The Jacksonville Transportation Authority to award a Sole Source Contract to RACO International to purchase, repair and overhaul the Skyway Pin Actuator (part number ZBF-K1A4-HGZAAIN). The Pin Actuator can only be repaired, purchased new, overhauled, and tested by the original equipment manufacturer RACO International.
