The U2C Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Pilot Project is intended to develop a framework to encourage development in and around JTA's transformational automated vehicle transit project that takes the current 2.5 mile system to a 10 mile system encompassing both sides of the St. Johns River and all of Jacksonville's Downtown.
