The Jacksonville Transportation Authority, hereinafter referred to as the (“JTA”), is requesting proposals from a qualified firm, to establish a contract to provide full service warranty maintenance, including all service, preventative maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units and automatic controls.
