Benefits Brokerage Services

Summary

JTA is seeking professional services to provide benefit brokerage services to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (Administration Group) with the ability to service all three employee groups (IAM & ATU) if the opportunity arises. The broker will evaluate and recommend all opportunities to provide uniform coverage, while separating groups if beneficial to some or all parties. The services will include, but are not limited to benefit analysis, market comparison, negotiation, open enrollment services, and employee benefit support and benefit communication. The expectation is the benefit brokerage services would be provided at a zero cost to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
