Skyway SUTRAK HVAC System Upgrade

Summary

The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to award a Sole Source Contract to Sutrak Corporation the original equipment manufacturer of the JTA Skyway Trains HVAC System.

This procurement will include an upgrade to the Skyway trains HVAC system with a new compressor and other related equipment to convert the refrigerant from R22 to R-134. The R22 refrigerant is no longer manufactured therefore this conversion is required in order for the Skyway Trains HVAC units to reach their intended useful life.
