Plumbing Contracted Services

Summary

JTA desires to contract with a licensed plumbing Contractor for general plumbing needs and emergency services. Typical services may include, but are not limited to: on-call critical work, on-call non-critical work, planned improvement project work, and preventative maintenance such as annual back-flow preventer testing. Repairs shall be classified as critical whenever plumbing systems are not operative.
