JTA Leadership Development Training Solution Services

Summary

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is seeking a supplier who can provide in-house leadership development training specific to meeting the JTA's mission . Expectations would include but not be limited to, creating a leadership-based academy where a variety of development initiatives and training materials would be administered to the Authority's multi-generational workforce. Such training solutions shall be inclusive of the following: Executive Leadership Development, Senior-Level knowledge exchange/mentor-ship, training to produce leaders, Mid-Level Manager development, Employee Development, Transit Industry fundamentals, Entry level worker/Front Line worker-to-management academy initiatives.
