I. Ride to Wellness Demonstration Project. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is seeking to work with a supplier to engage in a demonstration project for that will provide patients with information on available transportation services to and from their medical appointments can ensure that appointments are conveniently scheduled, and reduce rates of no-shows. II. Transportal Enhancement Support Services: Seeking a supplier whom will be responsible for supporting and updating the JTA’s existing Transportal user interface in order to streamline and simplify the user experience. The updated UI is designed to be intuitive, modern, and mobile-friendly.
