General Planning Consultant

Summary

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) requires consultant services for staff support and assistance to accomplish various transportation planning and design functions of the Planning, Development and Innovation (PDI) Division, and support as needed for planning activities within other Divisions at JTA including Finance, External Affairs and Transit Operations. The work involves a variety of research, planning, technical, and graphical activities. The consultant will provide additional resources and expertise to accomplish negotiated task assignments authorized by the Vice President of PDI. This scope outlines general tasks that may be assigned under a general planning consultant (GPC) contract as an on-call, task-work order basis.
