The Purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of The Jacksonville Transportation Authority to award a Sole Source Contract to Thales Transport and Security, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer, to provide proprietary inventory items that were designed for the Skyway application during the original construction and implementation of the Skyway System.
