Summary

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority, hereinafter referred to as the ("JTA" or the "Authority"), is requesting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" or "Vendor"), to establish a Contract to provide full service warranty maintenance, including all service, preventative maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation,and air conditioning (HVAC) units and automatic controls as described in Exhibit 'A'.   The JTA Unit/Equipment Listing details all current units and their building location.
