Summary

The expansion of Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the “Authority” or the “JTA”) facilities requires the use of professional services for commercial exterior window cleaning and hot water pressure washing services.

The Authority is requesting proposals from licensed contractors to provide commercial exterior window cleaning and hot water pressure washing services to all facilities including all guideway structures, columns, and stations with the Authority having the option to select all or as needed services for buildings ranging from one story to five story (85’) and grounds.
