Summary

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive Bids from qualified Contractors to provide all applicable construction services necessary to complete the JTAMobilityWorks University Blvd. at Merrill Road Roundabout Project. In general, the project includes, but is not limited to, site clearing, earthwork, asphalt & concrete pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalk, water & sewer main installation, signing & pavement markings, signalization, and landscaping.
