Notice of Potentially Ineligible Firms for Phase 1 of the Ultimate Urban Circulator (U2C) Program

Summary

The purpose of this Notice of Potentially Ineligible Firms is to identify firms that may potentially be ineligible to participate in the RFQ/RFP for Bay Street Innovation Corridor (BSIC) due to a potential organizational conflict of interest, real or apparent, caused by work performed through other contracts or subcontracts related to U2C and/or the BSIC.  As with all of its procurements, the JTA is committed to conducting an open, fair, and transparent procurement process.
