Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to establish a contract for First Aid Supply Services. Proposers shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, service and equipment necessary to accomplish the provision, installation and replenishment of first aid cabinets.  In addition, Proposers are requested to submit a proposal for an onsite Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Program
